EcoTech Warriors Program

The EcoTech Warriors Program at e+STEAM.AI Hub is tailored for students aged 16 and above, merging advanced technological training with crucial environmental and business education. This program empowers students to apply high-level STEM skills to tackle real-world environmental challenges and fosters entrepreneurial spirit.

Program overview

Advanced STEM Learning : Engages students in complex subjects including advanced coding, robotics, and artificial intelligence, particularly focusing on applications within environmental systems.

– Sustainability Projects: Students gain hands-on experience in creating sustainable systems, focusing on hydroponics and renewable energy technologies.

– Entrepreneurship and Innovation: Encourages students to devise viable solutions to environmental problems, improving their business acumen and capacity for innovation.

– Mentorship and Leadership Development: Provides opportunities for students to lead educational sessions for younger participants, enhancing their leadership and management skills.

– Professional Skills Preparation: Equips students with vital professional skills such as collaboration, strategic project management, and effective problem-solving.

- Coaching Opportunities: Students can earn by coaching younger peers within the e+STEAM.AI program, sharing their expertise and gaining valuable teaching experience.

- Microgreen Cultivation and Sales : Teaches students to cultivate and market microgreens, turning a sustainable agricultural practice into a profitable business venture.

- Online Shop Development: Offers students the chance to establish an online store on our website, promoting products related to their projects which can generate passive income streams.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

As e+Interns in the EcoTech Warriors program, participants will benefit from the full range of opportunities outlined in the EcoTech Warriors section. These include advanced STEM learning, hands-on sustainability projects, and comprehensive entrepreneurial training. The internship provides a platform for students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, develop leadership skills through mentorship roles, and engage in income-generating activities such as microgreen cultivation and sales, as well as the creation and management of online shops on our website. This immersive experience not only enhances their professional development but also integrates them into a community of like-minded peers and professionals, positioning them as future leaders in technology and sustainability.

Our goal is to build a formidable “Army” of skilled coders and environmentally-conscious EcoTech Warriors who can advance their careers within our organisation.
